When Gucci met Riva

Gucci and Riva, in collaboration with Officina Italiana Design, proudly presented the exclusive, made-to-order "Aquariva Gucci", at the 87th London International Boat Show. I was there to capture the moment.

Auariva Gucci is the result of a unique collaboration between two of Italy's most renowned design houses in celebration of the era of La Dolce Vita, when joie de vivre, glamour and elegance defined an attitude and a lifestyle.

In their respective sectors, Gucci and Riva have similar stories, each with a tradition of excellence in design and craftsmanship that has led to international fame.

Vintage And Sculptural Bathroom Style

Experiences of nature shaped this inspiration of this bathroom in a 19th century high ceiling home located near Amsterdam: the traits of water, the interaction of gentle and shadows, frost and decay, taking into consideration the ageing from the room and the supplies.

Sunseeker to launch Manhattan 73 at London International Boat Show

Sunseeker International has created the new 22.6m (74ft) Manhattan 73 yacht following the same design ethos of the renowned Flybridge Manhattan motoryacht range, which is a unique combination of packing innovation, luxury and performance.


The spacious interior, both in the main and lower deck levels, includes three ensuite double cabins, including a full beam midships master suite, together with a fourth twin cabin. Besides featuring plenty of accommodation for the owner, family and guests, there is also a further option for a separate day head on the lower deck. The crew accommodation is accessed from the aft end and ensures complete privacy for guests, while the cabin offers accommodation for two with a separate head and shower compartment.

The forthcoming Tullett Prebon London International Boat Show will be held at Excel London from 7-16 January 2011.
